How We Deliver
A robot is only part of the answer
Deploying a robot successfully takes three different jobs, and no single company does all three well. So we separate them cleanly.
A capable robot only creates value once it fits the operation around it: the processes, the layout, the material flow, the safety case and the people. That work is a discipline of its own, and it changes completely from one sector to the next. Rather than claim expertise in every environment, we partner with a specialist in each.
The Model
Clear roles, clear accountability
Each party works only within its area of expertise, which keeps risk contained and ownership unambiguous.
Forge Robotics — the robotics software
We provide the engineers and custom software that make a robot work for a specific task: AI, autonomy, perception and programme leadership. We stay independent of any single robot platform.
A sector partner — the domain engineering
Each partner brings deep engineering expertise in the environment the robot works in. One specialist per sector, so the operation around the robot is engineered properly, not improvised.
The hardware supplier — the robot
Hardware is normally purchased through the selected supplier, which provides the product warranty, although supply can also be arranged through Forge where appropriate. Your proposal identifies who supplies and invoices for each element, and who provides warranty, maintenance and support.

Automotive
Contechs Consulting is an established automotive design and engineering consultancy that works with leading vehicle manufacturers from concept to production. Contechs engineers the production system a robot works in, taking the virtual factory through to physical implementation on the ground.
Security
Macaw Security Solutions is an accredited UK security company providing monitored CCTV and intruder alarms, mobile patrols, K9 units and site protection, with alarms handled through an NSI Gold alarm receiving centre. Macaw runs the security operation a patrol robot works within, from detection and monitoring to the human response.
Other sectors
We are actively looking for engineering partners in other sectors, including manufacturing and industrial, logistics and warehousing, and infrastructure. If you engineer the environments robots work in, we would like to hear from you.
Accreditations
Certified delivery, through the partner that holds the certificate
Forge Robotics is a young company and holds no ISO certification of its own. Our partners do. Where a client or a framework requires a certified or scheme-registered supplier, that part of the work is contracted through the partner listed here, under its certificate and within its scope.

Certifications and scheme memberships shown are held by the named partner company, not by Forge Robotics. Where a project requires a certified or scheme-registered supplier, that part of the work is contracted through the partner under its own certified management system and scope. Certificates are available on request. "Checked" is the date each partner's published list was last compared with this table.

What a partnership looks like
Our partners keep their own brand, their own client relationships and their own commercial model. Depending on who leads a project, either the partner or Forge contracts with the customer, and the proposal states which; we do not sit between a partner and their customer. Forge leads the robotics and the software; the partner leads the engineering in their domain; the customer gets one integrated result with a clear owner for every part of it.
