Partnership
Forge Robotics and Contechs Consulting
A partnership that combines robotics software engineering with automotive manufacturing engineering, to help manufacturers deploy intelligent robotics with lower risk.
The Partnership
Two complementary disciplines, one deployment
Forge Robotics has partnered with Contechs Consulting to bring advanced robotic platforms from concept to working production systems.
Robotic hardware is advancing quickly, but deploying it inside a complex manufacturing environment remains a challenge of its own. This partnership brings together the two capabilities that deployment really needs: the robotics software and engineering that makes a platform work for a specific task, and the manufacturing engineering that takes a validated design through to physical implementation on the factory floor.
Contechs Consulting is an established automotive design and engineering consultancy that works with leading vehicle manufacturers from concept to production. Forge Robotics provides the AI, autonomy and robotics software, and the programme leadership, that turn a robot into a working industrial solution.

Who Does What
Clear roles, clear accountability
Each partner works within its area of expertise, which keeps risk contained and ownership unambiguous.
Forge Robotics — the software enabler
A robotics software and engineering company, not a product or an app. Forge provides the engineers and custom software (SDKs, ROS, C++, Python), AI, autonomy and programme leadership, and remains independent of any single robot platform.
Contechs Consulting — the integration partner
An automotive design and engineering consultancy that engineers the production system. Contechs takes the virtual factory through to physical implementation on the ground, covering manufacturing engineering, digital and virtual factory simulation, commissioning and production readiness.

Why It Matters
A lower-risk route to production
By proving a line in a virtual factory before any hardware is committed, and combining software engineering with manufacturing engineering, the partnership aims to reduce deployment risk and shorten the path to production. It is platform independent and is designed to work alongside a robot manufacturer’s existing sales and dealer channels rather than replace them, with hardware purchased directly by the customer.
