The role

Forge Robotics is an early-stage UK venture bringing humanoid, quadruped and specialist robots from leading overseas manufacturers to UK businesses through demonstrations, trials, pilot programmes and Robotics-as-a-Service.

As our Solutions Engineer you are the bridge between sales conversations and working robots: surveying sites, matching tasks to platforms and designing the technical shape of every trial and pilot.

What you will do

  • Site surveys and technical discovery with prospective customers
  • Matching tasks to the right platform across our manufacturer range
  • Designing trial and pilot scopes: success metrics, safety cases, integration needs
  • Supporting demonstrations and answering deep technical questions
  • Producing proposals with the business development team

What we are looking for

  • Engineering background with customer-facing experience — pre-sales, applications or consulting
  • Understanding of automation, robotics or industrial equipment
  • Strong written proposals and clear technical communication
