The role
Forge Robotics is an early-stage UK venture bringing humanoid, quadruped and specialist robots from leading overseas manufacturers to UK businesses through demonstrations, trials, pilot programmes and Robotics-as-a-Service.
As our Operations & Logistics Coordinator you keep the physical side of the business moving — imports, compliance, warehousing, spares and the demonstration-fleet diary. This role is site-based; the location is confirmed with the successful candidate.
What you will do
- Coordinating imports, customs and compliance documentation (UKCA/CE)
- Managing warehousing, asset tracking and spares inventory
- Scheduling the demonstration fleet and trial logistics
- Supplier and courier management
- Supporting service scheduling and job planning
What we are looking for
- Operations, logistics or supply-chain coordination experience
- Ruthlessly organised with strong systems and spreadsheet skills
- Import/export or technical-goods experience is a plus
