The role
Forge Robotics is an early-stage UK venture bringing humanoid, quadruped and specialist robots from leading overseas manufacturers to UK businesses through demonstrations, trials, pilot programmes and Robotics-as-a-Service.
As Head of Service & Support you build the national service operation — the engineers, SLAs, spares strategy and systems that make Robotics-as-a-Service dependable at scale.
What you will do
- Building and leading the field service engineering team
- Defining SLAs, service products and support pricing
- Owning spares strategy, diagnostics tooling and service systems
- Managing manufacturer escalation and warranty processes
- Making service a profit centre, not a cost centre
What we are looking for
- Led a field service or technical support operation for complex equipment
- Scaled a team while holding quality and response-time standards
- Commercially sharp on service contracts and SLAs
