The role

Forge Robotics is an early-stage UK venture bringing humanoid, quadruped and specialist robots from leading overseas manufacturers to UK businesses through demonstrations, trials, pilot programmes and Robotics-as-a-Service.

As Head of Service & Support you build the national service operation — the engineers, SLAs, spares strategy and systems that make Robotics-as-a-Service dependable at scale.

What you will do

  • Building and leading the field service engineering team
  • Defining SLAs, service products and support pricing
  • Owning spares strategy, diagnostics tooling and service systems
  • Managing manufacturer escalation and warranty processes
  • Making service a profit centre, not a cost centre

What we are looking for

  • Led a field service or technical support operation for complex equipment
  • Scaled a team while holding quality and response-time standards
  • Commercially sharp on service contracts and SLAs
